Web site poor as no phone contact number provided to follow up opn queries
Ski resort good.
Ski equipment was good. Not brand new but fine and good value for money.
Ski shop were excllent and very helpful.
My big problem was wanting to extend the hire from 3 days to 3.5 days and sending 2 emails via the web site to see how this would be done and receiving NO reply. Also I queried how ifthe ski shop had a locker to store the skis overnight and again got no reply.
however, if asked would I use the website again I thinbk I would because you gave good value for money.

l'ensemeble du materiel etait satisfaisant sf un point ou je n' ai pas ete satisfait c' est le fait que lorsqu' on tirait nos ski on avait beaucoup de mal a les remettre et a les encocher donc voila peut etre pb de fixation
