Je n'ai pas pu changer de ski alors qu'ils ne me convenaient pas.
Mais j'ai pu changer de casque.

Mauvais accueil au magasin!!!
Le patron, ancien moniteur de ski,prend les vacanciers de très haut, sans même savoir à qui il a à faire.
Beaucoup de monde cette semaine là, mais on n'y est pour rien...
Du coup, plus de choix, on n'a eu les skis qui restaient, qui ne correspondaient pas à nos souhaits!
De plus, ils n'étaient pas du tout préparés pour le type de neige, dure cette semaine là.
Adresse à déconseiller !!!

The staff were very friendly and provided a quick and efficent service. The equipment was in excellent condition and our party of 7 were very pleased with the quality and standard of service. Only one of our party needed boots, but he was very pleased with the fitting he received and had no trouble with them all week. Also received good advise on the use of mimi skies vers normal skis.

Never again will I use Iseran Sport. I have never been so intimidated in my life, luckily I had a friend with me who witnessed the disgraceful conduct of the shop staff, especially the main man. I arrived having purchased Black Ski hire whcih according to your website should have included slalom skis, anyway after having been told they did not have any race skis I was handed a pair of reasonable piste skis and told that was it, take it or leave it and why should I expect to get a slalom ski for such little money. The attitude of all the shop staff was disgraceful as they all had something pretty aggresive to say, in french, and I certainly had no choice but to accept the skis being pushed into my face. I even offered to pay more money but they wanted me out of the shop, the skis even had two different bindings on them! I am a qualified ski instructor and decided not to take a pair of my own skis as I wanted to try out this seasons skis for a possible purchase. This really did spoil my holiday as I had a ski that I did not want and which could not cope with my level of skiing. I took the skis back after 4 days to get the edges sharpend as the pistes were fairly hard packed however was shot down again and told that they would last for at least 10 days, they said leave them over night and they would try to get to them, however they never did.
