Skis were too tight, when I fell they did not come off. I should have complained as they were difficult to put on, so I think they were to tight. I lost half my skiing time from the resulting injury.

So much better than two years ago (although I suspect it may be under new management). Helpful fitting, equipment in excellent condition and an overnight ski-store system that meant that your skis were waiting by the door by the time you'd got your boots on. Admittedly it was out of school holidays, but I was impressed!
