j'ai pu changer du surf vers le ski sans probleme ni surcharge.
les vendeurs étaient cool
on etait en milieu de semaine et je pense qu'ils étaient moins chargé que le dimanche ou lundi.
c'est quand meme cool de leur part.

Never again will I use Iseran Sport. I have never been so intimidated in my life, luckily I had a friend with me who witnessed the disgraceful conduct of the shop staff, especially the main man. I arrived having purchased Black Ski hire whcih according to your website should have included slalom skis, anyway after having been told they did not have any race skis I was handed a pair of reasonable piste skis and told that was it, take it or leave it and why should I expect to get a slalom ski for such little money. The attitude of all the shop staff was disgraceful as they all had something pretty aggresive to say, in french, and I certainly had no choice but to accept the skis being pushed into my face. I even offered to pay more money but they wanted me out of the shop, the skis even had two different bindings on them! I am a qualified ski instructor and decided not to take a pair of my own skis as I wanted to try out this seasons skis for a possible purchase. This really did spoil my holiday as I had a ski that I did not want and which could not cope with my level of skiing. I took the skis back after 4 days to get the edges sharpend as the pistes were fairly hard packed however was shot down again and told that they would last for at least 10 days, they said leave them over night and they would try to get to them, however they never did.

Website - fine, I could find my way through it and book the equipment easily enough.
Ski Resort - it was a beautiful village with very friendly and helpful people - except one member of staff at our hotel, who had a real attitude problem.
Skishop - and the website really - only small problem was that, there was no warning I would need my credit card in the shop before picking up the equipment. Luckily enough the shop were happy enough to trust me to bring the card in the next day, but it would be good to know before hand.
Ski equipment - I'm just a beginner so wouldn't really appreciate this really. Only comment was, that after the first day of skiing, one boot rubbed my toe, so I took them back to change them, and the shop didn't quibble and just changed them. I actually should have probably changed them to a slightly bigger size as they squashed my toe a bit, but I couldn't be bothered to clunk up the hill between my hotel and the shop - but that was definitely my choice and nothing to do with the shop.
Overall, I was very happy with everything.

El material estaba en muy buen estado. Buena relación calidad-precio. Los dependientes muy atentos. Más barato si reservas por internet. Os lo recomiendo.
