Dear Sir/Madam,
I have the following tips/comments:
1. Website - it would be nice to have examples of the brands of equipment that are offered in the different price categories (for example, Burton, Rossignol etc.).
2. Ski Shop - the staff was friendly but very slow and they had very little snow board equipment.
3. Equipment - very bad, the shop did not have my size shoes and most shoes had big holes. Also only very old equipment. I paid for the most expensive category and this was not worth the money.

matériel impec, pas de souci pour rajouter du matériel non prévu (luges, casque). Seul bémol : un peu la panique dans l'organisation, mais le sourire a tout rattrapé.
